If you want a doctor who is kind and understanding, but is direct with no "BS", Doctor Swan is your guy. His ability to explain medications and issues is excellent and thorough. I feel like he's "been there" and can relate to the struggles many of us have had to face. His nurses and staff are all kind, friendly, professional, and do their jobs well. A truly great practice.
Dr. Swan takes the time to discuss my health and answer questions I have. He goes through my labs thoroughly and asks if I have questions. He is responsive to any online questions I have.
I have found the doctor to be kind and communicative. Thank him.
