Extremely poor communication skills. Would never recommend especially around adolescent girls.
My 2 boys have been seeing Dr Benz since he started practicing at Southboro medical. They were about 6 and 2 at the time. They are now 22 and 18 and Dr Benz is still their doctor. He is kind, thorough, patient, answers all our questions and always follows up when he says he will. The office staff is so efficient. The nurses always call you back promptly and they schedule appointments as quickly as possible. We were referred to Dr. Benz by a friend and are so happy to have him as the pediatrician for both our children. He explains everthing in detail, gives his professional opinion within pushing anything on the parents. Great personality and great with the kids. Our son was never worried about going to the doctors. Mild mannered and very polite.
Dr. Benz is the best pediatrician in the area. He is good with the kids, good with the parents and spends as much time with his patients as they need. He is personable, kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. He also does not have a superiority complex, he is the first Dr. to refer you to a specialist if need be. We are so please with having him as a pediatrician.
