Terrible office staff and poor communication for those seeking an appointment. I wouldn’t bring my business here.
I wish I would have found this office sooner! From the front office staff to the dental assistants, the hygienists, and the dentist himself, I trust that I am in good hands with each dental experience. Scheduling appointments is simple. I never have to wait for more than 5 minutes once I arrive. The office is incredibly clean. They work with my schedule, understand my insurance, and are genuinely concerned with my dental health. The dentist is so professional and has an expertise like none I have visited before.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Matthew Record and Dr. Risa Record for years. The doctors and all members of the office are very welcoming and always make us feel comfortable. They are very personable and make us feel like family. We have only ever had good experiences in this office. I highly recommend Gainesville Family Dentistry!
