I used to go to another dental clinic. The same building. They closed and transferred all my details to this one. Im already in the process of changing to a new clinic because of the terrible front desk service. First they're very rude and sound bothered that I'm even calling them even though I was really nice and asked clear questions, not sure why they took that job? Dr. Ng and his staff were amazing when taking care of my wife during the holidays a few years ago. Despite a packed schedule, he made time to help with her toothache, showing genuine care and professionalism. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the entire team is just as professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Dr. Ng is truly an expert and I feel the need to share my story with anyone in need of dental care. I work in the dental profession and recently had an emergency visit and needed a bad tooth removed. I am one of those patient with dentist phobia and was so nervous, but Dr. Ng and Suzy were so calming and relieved my anxiety before proceeding with the surgery. Dr.Matthew Ng is the best dentist you’ll ever meet! He treats his patients like family and Will go above a beyond for you. He is the only dentist that will fix your problems with a simple phone call. I tried other dentists for the last 6 years as I moved away from the town he is working from. But I came back because nobody compares to Dr.Ng . He is the best and nobody compares.
As a retired dentist I know it can be stressful to work on another dentist. However, I must admit that going to Matthew Ng’s office was a pleasure. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the way he interacted with his staff and other patients. He did excellent work and showed compassion and caring.
