As a retired dentist I know it can be stressful to work on another dentist. However, I must admit that going to Matthew Ng’s office was a pleasure. I was impressed by his attention to detail and the way he interacted with his staff and other patients. He did excellent work and showed compassion and caring. Dr. Ng and his staff are exceptional. Of the many dentists I have visited over the years, Dr. Ng is by far the best! The office is pleasant and all the staff are professional. However, in addition to the excellent quality of dental care, the other aspect that impresses is the level of compassion and caring shown to me as a patient. Service is always fast, efficient, and superb. On two separate occasions, I broke a tooth prior to a lengthy vacation. Absolutely the both dentists one earth. Incredibly professional, accurate and solve any issues with urgency. They do various treatments too. Never will find any sudden issues as like other dentists that scam. Lovely front staff and very clean and calm environment. Never retire hahah!
