This was my first meeting with as a PCP (my previous one retired) He came totally unprepared and spent the 'annnual check meeting' discussing my refills for medications that I used for many years . Then he had the audacity to consider these as 'additional items' and charged me for these as being NOT part of the annual check out. With my previous PCP these items were done very smoothly by a call to a nurse.
I have been seeing Dr Horsfield over 10 yrs since I moved to Houston. He is friendly, good bedside manner and attentive to my health conditions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Horsefield is great about answering questions and explaining what is going on. Sometimes appointment feels a little rushed but it is the exception rather than the rule. He works to be on time and respectful of appointment times so patients are not waiting for long periods of time.
Doctor Horsfield is a spectacular physician with an amazing bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge in a way that the patient understands.
Dr. H is always a joy. He is very diligent and thorough. I'm grateful for how much he cares about his patients and his patience is outstanding. Love him!
