This was an amazing place. First, I was able to get an appointment the same day. The faculty is fabulous with a huge room for physical and occupational therapy. About the staff. One word...OUTSTANDING. They were courteous, kind, attentive, and professional but not in a cold way. From check-in to check-out, every person was smiling. Caring. Thourough exam. Clear verbal evaluation. Cortisone shot working well.
Really great visit today Dr. Reid explained everything wanted to be sure about a diagnoses did some xrays since my disk where not the correct angle and he was able to be confident in the course of treatment. Great job, also the team there are some of the most friendly I have encountered.
Love Dr. Reid and his staff! They have taken such good care of me. Always attentive in returning calls and getting me an appointment immediately.
