I’m a redhead, some meds don’t really work for me. Dr Reid knew about this problem and worked with me to get my knees hurting less. He was very thorough in his approach having x-rays taken and explaining what they showed. The staff were all very kind and professional. The x-ray technician was particularly kind and helpful and the nurses who gave me the knee injections, but every single staff member was kind and helpful.
