Very professional.
I like him his staff is very incompetent. Had a huge issue with insurance not being filed
he is a good dentist. He just needs better staff especially the front desk. They do not know what they are doing.
Very unprofessional office....You have to sit and wait for the dentist to show up for work....
I called to ask if they offered "prophyjet", an old school type of cleaning and after the front desk person went to ask was told they did. However, upon arriving I was told they didn't have it but the hygienist would use the scaler and then we would would try what they considered "something better". Getting me in under false pretenses! One try and I was finished, so I didn't get the cleaning that was a prior verbal agreement and that I had made a point to ask if they had. The dentist said he didn't like prophyjet?!
