Dr. Evan’s and the clinical staff are excellent. His schedulers are terrible. They never return calls or answer the phone. Still waiting on a call to tell me when to be at the hospital in two days. Supposed to have a CT scan but no word on that either
Dr Evans and his staff were awesome on my recent heart ablation process and procedure. They are very good on giving you details and specifics about the procedures. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Evans was one of the best doctors I have seen. He listened to everything I said, he explained everything and he was very knowledgeable about my particular underlying conditions and how they related to my current heart issues. I was very impressed and so glad I found him. I trust him and feel completely confident in him caring for me.
He may be a good doctor, but his staff is terrible, you Have been warned or his staff is severely overworked worked. this is not a great office environment
I had cardiac ablation in December 2021 and have not had an occurrence of Afib since. Prior to having the procedures, I was in Afib 24-7 and felt drained of energy with daily fatigue. Dr. Evans did an outstanding job and my quality of life has improved more than I could have imagined. I thought I was just getting old and that feeling was normal. Over 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Afib while in the hospital and was referred to Dr, Evans. I was extremely worried. My meeting with both he and his staff was professional, informative and polite. In our meeting Dr. Evans explained the Ablation Procedure that could be performed to eliminate the Afib. As I am an older person I was extremely concerned, but Dr. Evan's manner and thorough explanation of what it entailed eased my mind. After trying for months to get treatment that I needed, and switching doctors multiple times, it seriously took Dr. Evans and his staff 3 days to do something I had been trying to do for 3 months. I'm not going to speak negatively about them in particular, but it's a scary situation when you don't know what your true condition is. I was referred to Dr. Evans by Dr. Santos my cardiologist for Atrial Fibrillation. Dr. Evans explained to me what was happening in simple terms that I could understand. He then offered me a couple of different options for treatment. One option was to treat by medication which I would probably have to take the rest of my life. I'm in my 50's.
