Dr. Cox took good care of me and my son. We both hadnt been to the dentist in a few years so we had some work to do. she was patient and really did nice work for us. Love them all there.
I really like the people in this office. Dr. Cox and her assistant made me feel really comfortable. I am facing a lot of dental work and she explained my options well.
The staff at this office is very friendly and helpful. It seems like a lot of doctor's have staff that are rude and act as if they wish you weren't there. But, at this office, I have always been treated with kindness. :)
First of all, I have a fear of going to the dentist. That being said, my experience at Dowlen Family Dentistry was very pleasant! The staff was very friendly and the dentist made me feel at ease, I never thought I would be enjoy going to the dentist, but I am very comfortable going to this office and haven't missed an appointment yet!
Dowlen Family Dentistry is a great office. My sister suggested I go to them since they have an office in Nicholasville and Harrodsburg, and since I live in Danville, either place is convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the wait for appointments isn't long-which is very important to me.
Even with a waiting room full of people, they still saw me on time. I have some fillings that need done, will be going back for sure.
There's TV in the rooms, the doctor has a great personality and I like that he talked to me like a real person.
We came to Dr. Dowlen on the recommendation of a neighbor and have been patients ever since. He is really great with my kids and has always taken a lot of time to answer the questions I had, even took extra time when my son was afraid. Great office.
I had a lot of work done and the office staff did a great job with my insurance company. My fillings were done quick-I didn't miss hardly any work. Everyone in there is real nice and friendly.
