Dr. Littlejohn and his staff are wonderful! They are friendly and professional. Dr. Littlejohn was wonderful seeing me immediately when I accidentally poked my eye. So glad to have them here in Casa Grande
Bridge of frame was to big glasses were falling down my nose. Returned Lens were not measured correctly . Returned Office Manager informed me if I want a refund she will charge me $150. Dr.Littlejohn corrected that. Staff are rude and incompetent.
Well for years I've been coming here. Spent a lot of money at this establishment. My name brand glasses became blurry, I couldn't use them. They repaired them before and it happened again. I came in today to see if they could repair them and they refused. Due to not having a current prescription? Very disappointed. I was going to pay cash to get them repaired. I HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERICE ON 9/17/24 , I WAS DONE WITH MY VISIT WITH THE DR , WHICH I BEEN SEEING FOR A LONG TIME , HE WALKED ME TO THE LOBBY WHERE I WAS IGNORED , I WAITED AND WAITED AND THEN WAS FINALLY HELPED FOR A FEW MINUTES ,THEN SHE LEAVES TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE NEVER CAME BACK TO ME , HAD NO HELP AT ALL ,I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED ON MY VISIT AND FUSTRADED THAT I ASKED FOR A COPY OF MY SCRIPT SO I CAN LEAVE THEN ONE OF THE LADIES WAS REAL QUICK TO ASK FOR MY COPAY ,
We get wonderful eye care from Dr. Littlejohn. His staff is also wonderful. I have a time constraint with getting my glasses this time; and they have gone above and beyond to get my glasses for me in time. And they did all this with patience and kindness when I know it had to he inconvenient for them. We are so appreciative. An excellent Dr. Who cares. What could be better than that?
