I want to change my original four star review to one star because their was no follow up. After several other ear specialists failed I was originally under the impression this guy could diagnose and treat the problem. But apparently not. He promised to refer me to yet another clinic that could. He never did. When I called back a couple weeks later no one knew anything about it, but promised to look into it and call me back. Dr. Ubell has cared for my husband and I for many years. He is a compassionate and professional doctor. We are grateful for his dedication to his patients.
