We loved our experience with Dr. Smith! First off, coolest most hip doctor’s office you’ll ever go to. The decor, the vibe, the chairs even… love! Second, they wear actual clothes, which I love because it makes them seem more normal and approachable for kiddos who are maybe already cautious and nervous about the experience. We had a good first visit with Dr. Smith for one of kids but after switching my other kids to their office through insurance I had to wait until it showed the change in the system just to schedule their appointments and then when the day came for their appointment we were in the car ready to go and I called for them to resend some paperwork so it would be done before got there just for them to tell me they wouldn’t see us because somehow insurance no longer shows them as the pcp even though I already have new cards with them... read more
Dr. Smith is excellent! He takes his time with you, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He is a really fun personality, and has great bedside manner with the kids. We have been with him for years and very happy with him.
My son would have ended up in the hospital if we had stayed with Dr Matthew Smith. My son was born with several medical conditions that we had to navigate the first few months of his life. He would scream for up to 8 hours a day in pain while we tried to figure out what was wrong. During this difficult period we saw the doctor 5 times in 2 months. It seemed like every time we spoke with him, he didn't remember us, recommending the same medication he had already prescribed and telling us the same information as the last visit... read more
