This has literally been the worst experience I've ever had with a pcp. I've been trying to contact their office since January of this year by phone and email, since they came highly recommended by our speech and language pathologist. Finally in March after scheduling appts online with no response and sending an email to the office manager over a week prior, I recieved a call. Dr Smith has been our Doc for 17 years, so my children have grown up with him. He has taken fantastic care of our family including myself. Whether it’s immunizations and well checks or something serious - he is always there taking our care to the next level. Never making our appointments feel rushed. He is funny sweet and always on point. You Will NOT find a better family Doctor than this practice!! So do your family a huge service and call to make that appointment.
