Dr. Smith is excellent! He takes his time with you, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. He is a really fun personality, and has great bedside manner with the kids. We have been with him for years and very happy with him.
My son would have ended up in the hospital if we had stayed with Dr Matthew Smith. My son was born with several medical conditions that we had to navigate the first few months of his life. He would scream for up to 8 hours a day in pain while we tried to figure out what was wrong. During this difficult period we saw the doctor 5 times in 2 months. This has literally been the worst experience I've ever had with a pcp. I've been trying to contact their office since January of this year by phone and email, since they came highly recommended by our speech and language pathologist. Finally in March after scheduling appts online with no response and sending an email to the office manager over a week prior, I recieved a call.
