I'm not impressed. He doesn't seem to care that you have a lot of pain. He wants to give you injections and have you to call him in 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks for next appointment. Meanwhile your pain is severe and you just keep waiting. I called the nurse on Friday and all she could say was you can only have injections every 3 months. I didn't call wanting another wasteful injection in the 1st place. Haven't heard back from her.
To me he didnt listen to what i was telling him and i had two test showing what was wrong and it seem liked he didnt care that the test showed my carpl tunnel came back and didnt what to do surgey but instead do an injection and then make another appt 4 weeks from now to me those injections are a waste of time
Dr. Jones values your time and your health. He explains concepts thoroughly. He encourages you to ask questions and he will thoughtfully answer all of them. He is someone I would recommend to a stranger, friend, or family member. I would even recommend an enemy to him in hopes that Dr. Jones' positive energy and attitude would rub off on the enemy. Don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with him. He's a phenomenal physician.
TRUST, that’s the word I would use. No better hands to be in. Efficient, friendly professional staff. Dr Jones explains your condition, then gives your treatment options, in a very compassionate way. Extremely accommodating. For me, it’s all about TRUST !
I've known Dr. Jones from when I worked with him as a resident. I never go to a doctor whom the nurses don't like, and he was one of our favorites. He is one of the few who has both skill and good bedside manner. I waited only a few minutes, he walked in and asked about my symptoms, gave me the injection and didn't even insist on a follow up. I hate having to pay another copay when the doctor has nothing more to do at a follow up.
I appreciated Dr. Jones professionalism, easy explanations and nice smile.

Dr.Jones did an amazing job reattaching my tricep tendin. This was my first surgery in my 45 years of life, he is very thorough in explaining the procedure before and after. I appreciate that he takes his time with me at my follow up appointments and answers all questions. I feel thanks to his surgical skills I'll have a great chance at full mobility.
