I’ve been there 2 times both of the time emmi helped she is sooo helpful kind hearted humble, i haven’t seen such a good medicare receptionist keep it up
I couldn't have picked a better place to Rehab from my injuries. The office is always clean, and the staff is exceptional. They are courteous and friendly, and they treat all their patients with the utmost care and consideration. The physical therapist and assistants are highly knowledgeable and explain every exercise so that you understand how to perform it. If you aim to get better and feel good while rehabbing, I strongly recommend Dr. Kalter’s office.
Never call the patient back! In severe pain! THEY DO NOT CARE!! I have to tell you seriously. I am no. Longer, with this office feeling better, most stressful doctors ever!!!! Tried to get an appointment with this office for one month. Was given the runaround by every girl in the office. The office manager tried to tell me how it was my fault because they ran the insurance and it’s coming up with a different name. Obviously this is the only name I have And then she’s telling me it’s an invalid account number. I’ve had this insurance for 12 years. I go to many other doctors and none of them have this problem.
