He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we asked in a no rush manner. He even showed me the X-rays. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnston.

Be careful with this doctor perform and hip replacement on me and never found the reason of my pain after 2 year I had to go to another doctor for a revision with a infection on my hip. Doctors know the way around so they will not be responsible for their error. In this case years of pain
I had my first appointment in mid June. They were to get authorization for gel injections in my knees. I’ve called back twice - no call back - nothing. Poor response time. Now looking for an orthopedist that actually does what they say they will. If our insurance takes 3 weeks for a prior authorization approval, then at least let us know you‘re still working on it. Phone calls should be returned - certainly within 3 weeks.

The most important thing to me is that the appointment commences at the scheduled time. This has almost always been the case at the Kissimmee office. I, therefore, would rather make my appointments at that location. Celebration tends to make me wait longer than my scheduled appt. time before I am shown to the examination room.
Dr. Johnston is such a personable physician. He is very attentive and honest. I appreciate his attention to details. I would highly recommend home to my family and friends.
