I was treated horribly after years of going to the Chicopee office. Completely disrespected, called names and yelled at. The office manager disgusts me with her lack of empathy and her nasty attitude. Zero customer service skills.
He is one of the principal dentists and possible co-owner of a monopoly on mass Health patients in Western Massachusetts, Baystate Dental, and he has 2 relations working there, one of whom is the worst dental hygeniest .they are a revolving door factory practice , which you won't be aware of until you're been ensnared by them for 2-3 years and see how quickly dentists come and then leave
