I had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists in the past month, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The process was smooth from start to finish, and I’m already feeling a huge difference. Dr. DiPaola was super friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with carpal tunnel issues—so glad I finally did it!
I haven't had the best experience with not him but his staff...They have dropped the ball on insurance issues as well as punctual phone call returns...3xcalled before a return call..the voice mail says we regularly check voice mail so dont leave repeat messages...well if you checked regularly people wouldn't have to leave repeat messages..I haven't received payment from workers comp or supplemental ins.because they are too busy to submit paperwork..So here i am waiting AGAIN for a phone call return so I can get paid...what i... read more
Dr. DiPaola is personable and professional. He is straight to the point and knows his stuff. I had a minor surgery and everything went as he said. Highly recommend.
I've been so incredibly impressed with Dr. DiPaola and his entire office. It works smooth as clock work; dependable and always on time. The staff and nurses are kind and helpful. Phone calls and requests are handled promptly. Dr. DiPaola treats you like a person and not just a patient. He's empathetic, clear, and efficient.
