First time back at the dentist after years of not taking care of my teeth, and I have to say, I was pretty nervous. From my first encounter with the staff, to initial exam, through procedures, everyone was friendly, reassuring, and confident in the plan of care. Office was beautiful and modern, payment arrangements were available, everything was super clean and inviting. I still have lots of work to get my mouth back to healthy, but I'm glad I have Dr. Yip to help me get there!
Dr. Yip is very friendly, he understands my reluctance to go to the dentist because of fear and insecurity. He was never belittled me or embarrassed me and that is very important. He also took his time explaining his plan for a healthy mouth/teeth and very good about caring my budget and my finances ! His staff are AMAZING too ! Love them all ! Very glad I have found this dentist and his team !
