Ive been seeing Dr Matthew Green on Green Hill Rd, for approximately 11 years. I had a stimulator inserted into my back after years of excruciating pain after a car accident. I found Dr Green & Helen absolutely wonderful & supportive. My experience with Dr Green has been extremely disappointing. Despite my mother presenting with serious ongoing pain and a documented medical condition, she was told repeatedly that “nothing could be done.” This left her without treatment or support for a couple weeks. Dr Green prescribed her both codeine and ketamine simultaneously, and did not bother to check that she has Graves' disease, high thyroid and BPD, which are incompatible with ketamine. RUDE MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST!! My GP warned me of the reputation of this place but I didn’t believe her. I do now. Do yourself a favour and find a different clinic who treat you like a valued customer.
