This was my last visit to Sierra Eye Group. Every single time I wait minimum 45 minutes and have waited beyond 1.5 hours beyond my scheduled appointment time. After sitting for 45+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time today, I got up and left. I’ll request all my records and will be seeing Doctor Henry from here on out. This has been a problem with Sierra Eye Group for many years. My entire family has switched to someone else and today was the last straw for me.
Dr. Kirkman was professional , efficient and explained everything in detail. Yes, I would recommend him.
My time is precious and I understand that doctors might have to spend extra time with patients, but waiting in a room 45 minutes is NOT acceptable.
