I recently visited. Technician was very gentle and competent. Dr groves examined my eyes and explained showing pictures of what the problem was. He assured me it may not be serious. They took pictures of my eyeballs for the first time. I viewed them, this was a wonderful educational experience. I feel confident that they will come through with my bifocals shortly.
