What a great office. The staff is very professional & helpful and Dr. Kulick addressed my problem and I was in and out in no time. No long waiting and I personaly like that. I have lots to do in a day and don't have time to sit around waiting all day for a Dr. that is over booked. Dr. Kulick was very professional & explained to me in a way that I would understand what was wrong. He did not rush me nor make me feel like uncomfortable.
This doctor always seems to be in a hurry the two times I have been to him he did not even come back without being asked to give me test results.
The office staff is absolutely horrible and is one of the main reasons I am switching doctors. Would have done it sooner but for some reason there are no docs close to me who accept my insurance. Kulick himself leaves something to be desired. He's friendly enough, but spends an average of 3-5 minutes during an office visit. He says he'll be back in a minute then never comes back...the nurse comes in to say that you're all finished. He blew off some of my complaints about cramps and bleeding...said it was stress. The doctor is great. He listens to everything you say. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. You shouldn't have to wait over and hour for you appointment. The office staff doesn't say "sorry for the wait" or anything!
This is a very nice guy who really knows his stuff. He keeps himself up to date on the latest medical information and treatment plans to take care of his patients. If he doesn't know something or can't treat your problem, he'll say so, and refer you to a good specialist. He's been my doctor for over ten years.
Is a bit more professional that his counter-part, but without a good effective office staff, it doesn't matter. They act as if they're doing you the favor and you should kiss their a**. I referred a friend that never went because of her first impression.
Very knoledgeable, personable, and helpful. Concerned about patients. Office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They talk loudly about patient finances so the whole waiting room can hear them. Very unprofessional.
