Office is clean and efficient
Do not go to this office. You hardly ever get to see Dr. Stone, and currently they will not see you for a sick visit unless you get Covid tested first. I’ve never heard of that at any other Doctor’s office. Would not recommend him. What do you expect when you are owned by Premier? Find a physician who will treat you with dignity and listens to you about your own body and treats you for something he’s seen you for many times over the years instead of jumping to Covid. Dr. Stone is personable, caring and a skilled family doctor.
I am so thankful to have Dr. Stone as my physician. He is kind, compassionate and funny. I have never felt like a number - He truly cares for his patients. I do agree with some other comments about the staff being subpar at times but nothing bad to say about my doctor!
Dr. Stone is an excellent physician, his office staff however is very unprofessional and not flexible with scheduling.
I just got off the phone with Dr. Stone's staff and I have been going to him for 10 years and they were not only rude, but actually HUNG UP the phone on me. Dr. Stone is an excellent physician, but he need to get more professional nursing staff. I cannot believe that I was treated with such rude and disrespect by his staff. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
