Dr Ford and his staff are top notch. It's very hard to find a great dentist. He doesn't push extra anything. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend his practice.
Dr. Ford put my fear of dentist to rest!!! His staff is amazing, and he is a wonderful GENTLE doctor!!!
Like most humans, I try to avoid dental offices like the plague. However, Dr. Ford makes my visits as painless as possible (no pun intended). The front office staff is top notch. Billing questions are explained in great detail. Extra services are only provided once they are 1) explained to you 2) given your approval. I enjoy the professionalism & service of Dr. Fords office.
I had excellent success with this office staff and Dr. Ford. Would highly recommend this practice. Very sensitive to pain and discomfort with making the patient feel guilty or awkward.
