Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism
