I had two procedures done today. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t feeling my best when I got there. Dr. Chow and his staff, His assistant, as well as himself was extremely kind to me. The procedure went off seamlessly. I’m so thankful and grateful to him because the reviews that I had read, I’m glad that I followed my first mind as well as my uncle bragging about Dr Chow, And true to my uncle‘s word, he is outstanding. I’m soooo disappointed in my dentist. Wasn’t so much his fault, but his staff seems like they don’t have a clue about office/patients relations. My appointment was at 12:00. I arrived early in hopes I could get seen and out of there by 2:00. I was called back around 11:15. I had my X-rays done and he came in around 12:10 reviewed my films and examined my teeth. Office staff are very friendly.. Dr Chow on the other hand, not so much. He hollered out at me for reflectively moving my right hand due to discomfort and pain as he was deadening my mouth. Sternly told me to "PUT YOUR HAND DOWN NOW!! As if I was gonna do something to him. He had the dental assistant hold my hands down while he proceeded to poke my gums. He doesn't care how much pain your in neither, twists and pulls teeth out the socket. Appreciate the staff but I'm not recommending this dentist to anyone not the way he act... read more
