I couldn’t have ask for a better DR in the MS field.
Dr. Carraro is an awesome doc but his staff makes this place a 1 star. I called a few times back in Aug to review my MRI and no one ever answered or called me back even though I left multiple messages . Fast forward to recently, my brother is suffering from some neurological issues and has been trying for a month now to get an appointment and no one answers or returns calls. This practice makes no sense at all. Highly disappointed in the front end.
Dr. Carraro is the second neurologist I’ve seen and I don’t plan on seeing another one. He is very compassionate about how you are feeling and willing to take the time to sit and talk about any concerns you are having, not pushing you out the door after 10 minutes like some doctors. He also is completely on your side about treatment and what you are wanting to do.
