He was the best doctor I ever had.... then their entire practice sent out a letter to thousands of patients notifying them they were converting to a concierge style service in a month. It left thousands scrambling for a new provider with less than a month to research. I understand a business decision, but a months notice is unacceptable.
Dr. Andresen is awesome, me and my wife really love him. On the other hand, whoever does his billing here is absolutely awful. Despite having insurance from my wife being an RN at the clinic, we have been charged $150 on 2 separate occasions over the last year for routine visits and the billing lady never picks up each time we call to dispute the charges, and never returns our calls each time we leave a message.
