Back again for my middle two sons who need braces. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else after my oldest son had his braces start to finish with Dr. Matt. Staff is amazing, we have never waited more than 5min once checked in for appt. After going through this before, I knew what to expect. First appt to take the pictures and X-rays go over the treatment plan etc then back to actually get the braces on and more forward. All I can say is wow! Dr. Matt is by far, one of the most professional and knowledgeable orthodontists out there. My experience with Battiste orthodontics was nothing short of amazing. He’s team is also the best. They make you feel comfortable throughout the process and really do have a passion for their work and the costumers who come through their doors. My daughter has recently started her journey with Battiste and as a cleft patient, I am confident that Dr. Matt will produce the results she is looking for.
Great place and the people are wonderful
Amazing office! I have been going here a few years with my children. Everyone is always so nice! The visits are quick, you can stay right with your child if you want, Dr. Matt is fantastic and they do a great job! The front desk staff are so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend their practice.
Both of my daughters have braces, and absolutely love coming here. Dr. Matt, and staff are unbelievably kind, helpful and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this orthodontist in Niskayuna. Everything from consult to scheduling is made easy. It's clean, cared for staff knowledgeable.
