Not a review of physician but access to him. As a new patient, I was not familiar with the complicated logistics to see him. Office is part of a HUGE medical complex. There was no parking available in the parking structure. After looking for a space for 10.minutes without success, I eventually found a space in the employee lot which was quite a distance from his third floor office. Took me another 10 minutes to walk in the heat to the entrance, wait for an elevator and walk another distance to check in. All these challenges ... read more
Doctor Gretzer actually cares. I had some health issues and I went to urologist a few years ago who absolutely did not care and made my issues worse with a barbaric operation he did. I founder dr Gretzer and listened, provided options and gave his advice which required surgery. Gretzer understood my hesitations and made me feel as comfortable as possible and did an incredible job on my surgery which allowed a much quicker recovery. Forever grateful to him.
