Very attentive & polite staff
I had an appointment during the lunch hour and was in and out within an hour! Disclosure, I do not have serious eye conditions nor do I receive procedures/injections, which may have delayed my wait otherwise.
The experience was ideal:efficient, thoughtful, intelligent. Even though I hadn’t seen the doc for a year, I was confident he knew AND CARED about my lifelong issues and would be alert to any need for me to worry. I felt I was in truly good hands in an area where I feel vulnerable.
Dr. Armentrout and the staff at Eye Associates of NM are professional, courteous and provide great care. He’s helped me manage my eye condition with a multi-phased approach and follows up closely to monitor progress of treatment, works quickly to get pre-authorization from insurance and find reasonable pharmaceutical options. He’s a great doctor who cares for the whole patient.
