My mother was told that she would have to pay up front for a her bridge. But when she showed up to set up an appointment ($1000 in hand) she was denied to see the dentist because the front desk clerk had/has zero tolerance for cancellation of appointments which my mother cancelled an appointment due to her work schedule earlier in the year and was told to find another dentist.
