Dr Erck was assigned to my daughter while she was an inpatient in the hospital. Rather than fostering a safe or respectful environment, the doctor’s words came across as imprudent and at times unnecessarily abrasive . From the moment the appointment began, the doctor’s tone was harsh and his approach lacked even the most basic compassion.
