Being told that I had to have a lumpectomy was a scary experience, but Dr. Francois was very professional, kind, and explained everything thoroughly for me. Surgery was a success and she made sure the incision was minimal and in an area that isn't noticeable. Also made sure my family was put at ease right after surgery was completed. Highly would recommend Dr. Francois for a lumpectomy surgery!
Dr. Francois came highly recommended to me by my oncologist when it came time to find the right surgeon for my lumpectomy. Upon meeting her I was immediately put at ease. She never rushed our appointments, she took the time to explain the details of the surgery; making sure I felt comfortable and understood what was going to take place before, during and after the procedure.
