When we arrive at a doctor's appointment, we expect to be seen at the scheduled time because our time is valuable and should be respected. What usually happens is that the medical assistant takes your vitals and advises the patient that the Physician Assistant or the Doctor will come in thereafter. Dr.Alexander is great when you finally get to see him. Every time I've gone to see him it's taken 2-3 for him to see me. The last time I waited 3 hours and ended up seeing his assistant. He prescribed pain meds and physical therapy. I went to PT ,I also saw a chiropractor Nothing helped. I then went to South Texas Bone and Joint and ended having surgery. Dr. Austin Mike-Meyer did it and I had instant relief. Dr.Alexander is great but I think he overloaded himself and takes on too many patients.
