My father, John Kirby Ferry, died in recovery after Dr. Fiandaca performed a surgery on him in 1983. At the time, my mother was pregnant with me. The statute of limitations passed before she could legally pursue the matter. Not once has this man even so much as apologized to me, and he definitely has not offered compensation for damages as a person in his position should have.
