Shady practices and overpriced. I felt entirely taken advantage of here. The doctor tried to scare me into paying for expensive, unnecessary extra testing and high-end frames I didn't want. They aren't upfront about pricing at all. Absolute lack of integrity—avoid this place.
This is a really great place! Modern and current frame selection. Staff was nice too! I’ll be back for my next exam for sure!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Gramanzini! He is incredibly thorough and takes the time to really explain everything during the eye exam, which made me feel confident and well cared for. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their eye health. The entire visit was smooth, professional, and comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive optometrist!
I had terrible service from the front-of-house team. Dr. Patel and the professionals performing the exams were very professional and did a good job. The rest of the staff seemed to be doing me a favor, not polite or attentive. I won't be back.
