I would never recommend this provider to anyone. Was very disappointed on how they treated my child who is only 2 years old and myself. The clinic itself is not welcoming at all and looks and feels like an institution. Ms.Penny is rude and disrespectful and a vaccine pusher. We are beyond upset and honestly bewildered by the way Dr. Penny’s office has handled my grandson’s care. An appointment was made that he had to wait three months for, only for the office to be closed on the day they told us to call. Another appointment was then scheduled, and when the time came, they still did not give him the appointment he needed. DR. PENNY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WE WILL BE REPORTING HER ACTIONS TOWARDS CHILDREN!!! She doesn't take her job seriously. We trusted her and she let us down almost everytime!!! Im so disappointed we let our child into her UNPROFESSIONAL care.. this is sickening!!!!!!

This Doctor is a joke! Our son is now weeks without his Medication. We have called numerous times and no answer! Walked in and set up appointments and they failed to hold their part everytime! This doctor has no care for kids. We will be telling everyone the truth about this Doctor and will report this to the Board! You cant do children like this. We are disgusted with Dr. PENNY!!!!
