I went to see Dr Maryirene I Flynn because I was having foot pain. After a long wait she comes in the room no greeting just what are you coming in for. As I explain to her she starts making comments that were very unprofessional and then told her “Im sorry are you having a bad day I can rescheduled she then responds “yes I am having a bad day but let’s continue”. I brought my 78 years old mother at 4141 Carpenter Ave in Bronx, on 2/21/2024 @ 9 am. Ridiculous waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes…, no one explained why this long wait?, Dr Flynn was talking on the phone next door. After 2 hours waiting, I asked one of the Nurses if this long wait is normal, she stated No', But Dr Flynn is on the phone, and she knows we are next...
