She literally doesnt listen to anything and is now withholding my bipolar medication from me. I've had so many issues getting my medication and I've had many issues on my medications that dr Castro has chose to completely ignore. Terrible doctor for real.
I went to her in highschool, about 5 or 6 years ago. She did not listen to me and did not diagnose me properly. She worked more with my abusive parents. She completely ignored that I may have PTSD, and when I got diagnosed as an adult, in my opinion, she did completely wrong by me.
Listens, and genuinely concerned with patients outcomes.
