There is a reason why Dr. Butler has a 2.9 review rating. There is no follow-up to see how your visit went, she could care less about her patients.
Had problems with stitches after bone graft. Called three times to look at problem and told to wait to see doctor on date of stitch removal. Day of final appointment an assistant removed stitches and doctor didn’t have the common courtesy to look at the site of my bone graft after stitch removal. Every time I get my teeth cleaned my dentist takes a few minutes to inspect the results. Doctor Butler didn’t do that even though I was told that my stitches couldn’t be removed unless she was in the office.
Seemed more interested in collecting fees than the patient. Assistant removed stitches - never saw dr. Butler this visit - left 3 stiches still in so I removed them. Miserable bedside manner.
Dr. Butler's staff is okay, Bethany one of the staff assistance is very sweet, and seems to be the only one to be concerned with your issues and feelings. They don't call you and check on you after a procedure is done, Dr. Butler doesn't have the best bed side manners. Dr. Butler may be good at what she does, but a little more softness in personality would be appreciated.
