We worked with Dr. Mary Wood Molo and both the Chicago and Milwaukee offices. I found Dr. Molo to be extremely helpful, flexible, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I do recommend Dr. Molo.

I was a first time patient. I scheduled an appt a month in advance. Uploaded and signed all the consent forms. The office apparently performs a lot of tasks with scheduled patients via automated texts, and phone calls without voicemails. Apparently, there was somehow two accounts for me. And even though I uploaded and signed all my forms in advance of the appointment date, they canceled my appointment because of confusion with the two accounts. And scheduled someone else in my place.
