I've been having trouble getting out of the house & much anxiety about meeting new people. I know this place wanted paperwork done ahead of time, which I should have done. I got a call from the office lady to confirm my appointment; she left a message & just said if the time didn't work to call. I thought I would just come in early to do the paperwork but there was no one there & no sign in sheet.
