I took My Wife,for treatment for her back pain,Dr:Mary was very pleasant, helpful, excellent experience.
Dr. Ridge is a true gem! She is very personable and professional and offers great conversation. I recently moved to the Mohegan Lake area and it was so easy to get an appointment with her. I had some shoulder and neck pains which she helped me work through. We also discussed exercises and behavioral changes I would make to improve my posture and reduce tension on my neck and back, especially being stuck at the desk all day. The location has parking and is generally easy to get to. I would definitely recommend!
Dr Ridge is so kind and professional! She works around my schedule and makes room for as soon as I need her. She is amazing! Been going to her since I was pregnant 15 years ago.
