My first visit here and i am very happy with this facility! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Ramirez is awesome!! She is very down to earth, explained everything to me so i could easily understand. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
Mrs. Ramirez and staff were amazing. Had a mix up with my insurance but they were more than accommodating and definitely worth the visit. I wish I could give them more stars as they were friendly, professional and kind. Beautiful office as well! Thank you Mrs. Ramirez and staff!
My first visit to see Dr. Ramirez her office staff is very nice. I called to get a last-minute appointment went in to see Dr. Ramirez met with Sara physician assistant first she came in asked questions Looked at my issues and then returned with Dr. Ramirez. Dr. Ramirez was very nice. Patient explained to everything. She did tell me what she was gonna do first and then also gave me samples of products to try a sheet with all my directions to follow. I’ve been to Dr Ramirez numerous times for Botox and filler- she is always extremely gentle and meticulous with the procedure. For my last visit, she performed my first ever skin check. I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable and informed!
I recommend Dr. Ramirez to all of my friends and family!! I had a lot of anxiety about an unusual spot on my skin. When another doctor I saw previously brushed it off, I made an appointment with Dr. Ramirez and was so glad I did. She was super thorough and patient with my questions, and followed up with me after my appointment to make sure all was well. Highly highly recommend!!!
