Pretty upset with the office as a whole. Waited 3 months for an appt and when I showed up they informed me she had moved to a different practice. Their response was “oh you didn’t get a letter”. Well as I told them if I had maybe I wouldn’t be standing there. Of course they blamed it all on Meritus…..called Meritus and guess what, they blamed it on her original office. No worries tho, it will only take 2 months for the appt this time. They were not the least bit sympathetic on either side. Medical care is in the toilet !
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH HER MOVE TO MERITUS! I'VE WAITED A WHOLE 3 MONTHS TO SEE HER! NO LETTER OF THIS ,NO CONTACT AT ALL. MAYBE BEING AS THOUGH I'M CONSIDERED A NEW PATIENT 🤔 YET,NOT COOL.... SO ALLOW 1 TO CONTINUE TO SUFFER!#I'LL SEEK 1 WHO CARES ABOUT PATIENTS NEW & OLD! WHY NOT KEEP BOOKS AS THEY WERE.... I'M SITYING HERE LITERALLY CRYING IT'S SOOOO UNFAIR! BASICALLY, JUST TOOK AWAY MY APPT.. SMH ✊🏾 HUMPH
