I saw Dr. Romanic, yesterday, as a new patient. Her office staff were very nice and professional. I came early to fill out my new patient paperwork. I had not had a chance to fill out the paperwork and was taken back to have my vitals taken. I was not able to finish the paperwork and Dr. Romanic came in the room. I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with Dr. Mary Romano, and I was extremely disappointed by her behavior. Her attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and downright unpleasant. It was clear she lacked basic respect and courtesy, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. I sincerely hope others don’t have to endure the same negative experience, as I would not recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate or respectful care.
Very informative -almost too much information but very friendly and personable. Main complaint is the hour long wait on all 3 visits even though I’m in time and paperwork completed by the appointment time
I can't recommend Dr. Romanic enough. From someone who has seen his share of doctors already through my life as I've moved, she is by far my favorite. I met with Dr. Romanic about a possible autoimmune problem that could be causing an infection in another part of my body. She listened to me, and actually took the time to not only understand my problem/concern but about me personally. Great doctor took her time explaining everything clearly so that I could understand. Explaining things so a normal person can understand answered every single question that I had. I would highly recommend her.
