She sees my 80yr old mother. She's great with her. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment for myself as I have a referral. Each time I call I'm left on hold. I usually hang up at the 20-minute mark. This time I pushed star to leave a message. I left my name date of birth and phone number and explained why I was calling. Dr O’Neil has been my rheumy for longer than I can remember. I’m a tough cookie; tough to diagnose, don’t respond to meds & treatment as expected, yet she hangs in there. She’s one of the warmest & most compassionate doctors I have ever known.
Dr O’Neil is terrific! I’ve seen many doctors and have been discouraged by their, uncaring and robotic responses. This is NOT Dr ONeil! She listened, explained, was empathetic and knew endocrinology. I can’t say enough positive about her. Western NY is lucky to have her.
