非常不好的经历，21年九月烤瓷牙掉落，Mary医生只是看了一下就让我拔牙，并在她那做种牙。在治疗当中，医生没有专业的ct设施去确认治疗方案，只做了x光，在拔牙的当天就进行了种牙。经历了半年的治疗，最后种牙时发现失败，可能里面牙龈感染。所以一切需要重来。我掉落的牙齿是门牙旁边一颗，所以在这个过程中没有门牙，一直非常痛苦，即使戴着的假牙，也不愿意大笑，这样半年多的生活已经让人抑郁，没想到心心念念终于能种上牙齿了却是失败。牙医没有任何赔偿，只是最后一笔费用没有收取。另外在付款中我选择付信用卡amex，他们私自收取5%的手续费用，都是非常不合理的。当初信任了Mary医生，却得到非常伤心的结果，一整年都非常不开心。希望看到的人可以慎重选择。

Really good service. I was late that day and they showed great patience when did my teeth cleaning, especially Dr Xinwen Wang. Recommend. My retainer they made is tight and strong, BTW.
