Horrible experience! The level of unprofessionalism by the doctor, as well as member of her staff was the worst I have ever seen! Definitely recommend going elsewhere!
Asked for over a week to have FMLA paperwork completed with no luck. Enough to worry about a sick family member, not to mention having to harass the doctor for 4 pages of paperwork other doctors can complete in 48 hours.
