Aweful service, need surgery but dropped the ball on coordinating with surgery. Need referral but forgot to send. If I didn't follow up would have been turned away. Still waiting on another referral but called and their fax machine has been down for week . They hope it can be fixed. Mean while in pain and have no idea when I can get tested.
